VCA Madera Pet Hospital—located in the heart of Marin County, California—is seeking a highly experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to join the leadership team at our 8-doctor practice as Technician Supervisor. 

This position is a working supervisory position which is responsible for the leadership and the supervision of the Veterinary Technician Staff. Duties will include, but are not limited to: patient and client care; scheduling, implementing department policies and procedures; enforcing charge captures; accurately handling and recording controlled drugs; staffing and team meetings; participating in continuing education opportunities; record keeping; marketing; and facility maintenance.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience, including past experience in a supervisory role. Strong technical and interpersonal skills are required. Must be dedicated to creating a healthy work environment where all employees are elevated, empowered and enjoy what they do.
