Experienced Client Service Representative

Veterinary specialty practice seeks a warm, professional  individual with excellent communication skills and prior experience in a veterinary hospital. 

This position involves a combination of  client services and veterinary assistance. Responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking in clients, collecting fees for services, maintenance of paperless medical records, compassionate restraint of patients, and assisting technicians with tasks such as IV catheter placement and blood collection.  A pleasant, professional demeanor and computer proficiency are essential, as is a passion for helping pets and the people who love them. Familiarity with ImproMed Infinity is a plus.
