    We are looking for an experienced Veterinarian Receptionist to lead our Client Care Team. Our busy practice located in Healdsburg is a progressive community based veterinary hospital with a caring and trained team. We focus on the special relationship between the pets and their owners.

    You will serve as a focal point for communicating with pet owners regarding wellness care and other health-related issues, including greeting clients, educating our clients about the best care available for their pets, assisting with the maintenance of medical records, and processing payments. In addition to regular Client Care duties, you will work directly with the Practice Owner and office manager to develop, train and lead our CSR team. We value our client-relations staff highly and provide a starting hourly wage of $18 to $22 per hour (dependent upon experience) with benefits, including Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, Pet Care Discount, Eligibility for monthly bonus,  401(k), Uniform Allowance and CE.

    Requirements:

    ·         3 years of Veterinary Customer Service experience.
    ·         Commitment to outstanding client service.
    ·         Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
    ·         Proven work experience as a team player.
    ·         Ability to multitask and move with accuracy in a fast pace environment.
    ·         Excellent computer skills and be very comfortable with progressive technology.
    ·         Excellent attendance record and be able to work five 8 hour work days.

    Preferred:

    ·         Experience in creating and maintaining Social Media and Online Presence.
    ·         Maintaining website with SEO and Google Analytics.
    ·         Experience in inventory management.
