We are a busy four doctor practice looking for a full time or part time experienced veterinary receptionist in Healdsburg, California.

We are seeking a dedicated person to join our team and who loves to work with clients and their pets. Our receptionists ensure the highest standard of client service and are responsible for checking clients in and out, scheduling appointments, among other assignments. The ideal candidate has veterinary experience, strong customer service experience and excellent communication skills to provide friendly, compassionate and accurate service with a smile. The perfect candidate must be a team player who is detail oriented with strong computer, phone and multi-tasking skills. Veterinary experience is highly desired but we are willing to train the right candidate. Saturday availability is a must. We offer medical, vacation, and sick pay after a probationary period.
