Aggie Animal Dental Center, a 2-doctor veterinary specialty practice, is looking for an amiable individual with excellent communication skills and prior experience in a veterinary hospital. 

This position involves primarily client services including answering phones, scheduling appointments using our online appointment system, checking in clients, collecting fees for services, and assisting with maintenance of paperless medical records. A pleasant, professional demeanor and computer proficiency are essential.

Our ideal candidate will be passionate about helping pets and their people, comfortable discussing financial issues, detail-oriented but easy-going and affable, and experienced with opening/closing procedures. Familiarity with ImproMed Infinity a plus.
