RVT or Vet Assistant @ San Francisco SPCA Veterinary Hospital (Pacific Heights Campus), Daytime and Overnight shifts

The San Francisco SPCA Veterinary Hospital at the Pacific Heights Campus is a full-service veterinary practice that includes 24-hour emergency and critical care with 24 hour hospitalization services, general medicine, a feline wellness center and surgical & dentistry services.

This is a key role.  The RVT2 is a senior technician, responsible for the care of large groups of patients including ICU, Surgery and, at times, Dental.  You are a natural leader and set a good example for attitude, commitment and professionalism in the treatment room. 

Team members that work during the day will routinely participate in surgery, dental cleanings, and ICU where your critical thinking skills are highly valued.

Team members that work at nighttime support our overnight emergency service including admit and hospitalize critical patients, treat outpatient emergencies, and monitor anesthesia for a variety of critical cases and procedures.

We offer a $1K Relocation bonus to candidates from out of the area.
